Timeless hospitality, contemporary ease
Few rooms, exceptional attention. Arrive for a weekend and depart already arranging your return.
“Where the clock loses interest.”
Hospitality without performance.
We have little use for flourish. Flowers stay fresh because that is what they should be. The robe has weight because it ought to. The kitchen stays open until the last guest is finished, not until the clock says so. The labour that counts is the labour you never see — and that is the labour we put first.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong way. Across 39 years we have chosen one path and held to it. Everyone on our team — from reception to the kitchen porters — was selected, coached and retained because they share the same sense of what excellence looks like. A building alone cannot create that. People do.
We hope you will visit and judge for yourself. And when you do, we hope you will point out where we fell short, so the next 39 years improve on the ones behind us.
Quiet details, handled well
Nothing here shouts. Everything here is intentional. That is what brings our regulars back.
Private Pools
Two infinity pools, four heated plunge pools, sixteen cabanas, and a private beach with chilled towel service throughout the day. Guests under sixteen may use only the family pool — the others stay quiet by design.
Concierge Service
A team of seven, nine languages among them, on hand twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five days a year. No request is too minor. Few requests prove too ambitious. Ask us, and find out.
Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining tiers oriented west, arranged so that no two tables ever look straight at one another. Golden hour here runs roughly forty minutes. We have shaped the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years.
